• Photo upload and face detection
• AI-based facial analysis
• Cuteness score calculation (0-100)
• Detailed feature analysis (eyes, symmetry, skin health, jawline)
• Social sharing capabilities

3. Payment Terms

Access to the full analysis requires a one-time payment of ₹99 (Rupees Ninety-Nine Only). By making a payment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay the specified amount for the service
• Accept our refund policy as outlined in our Refund Policy page
• Understand that payment is processed through PhonePe payment gateway

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have permission to use
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Not attempt to manipulate or game the scoring system
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Not reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Cutescore, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Cutescore and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We specifically disclaim:

• The accuracy or reliability of the cuteness scores
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results will meet your expectations
• Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

Important: The cuteness score is for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as a professional assessment or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cutescore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (₹99).
